The Association of Corporate Investigators is delighted to host its second one-day symposium on 14th November 2019. Kindly hosted by Ropes & Gray, we have put together a programme designed to inspire and inform the corporate investigations community. Featuring topics such as ‘when the tables are turned’ investigators under the scrutiny of the authorities, how to handle #MeToo investigations, and navigating the white and dark web for open source investigations. We will hear from Richard Bistrong, CEO, Front-Line Anti-Bribery LLC, former FCPA violator and FBI/UK Co-operator on why he decided to covertly co-operate with national and international law enforcement authorities for three years.
