Yamini Patel is Head of UK, ACi. She is a corporate investigations leader with over 22 years’ experience across professional services, financial services and technology. She spent over a decade advising multinational and cross-industry clients before moving in-house, ultimately serving as Director of Investigations for the UK and Europe at a major international financial institution. Her experience spans complex cross-border investigations and the design, leadership and transformation of investigations functions. Yamini is currently engaged through a consulting firm with responsibility for a global investigations programme at a leading technology company.
Will Scott-Gall is a senior investigations professional with more than 17 years’ experience from in-house and consulting roles. He is a trusted advisor to organisations on complex corporate investigations, whistleblowing concerns, financial crime matters and business ethics. He brings a credible, collaborative and confident approach to high-pressure situations, combining investigative rigour with clear judgement and practical direction. He has led sensitive assignments involving fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, money laundering, brand impersonation, employee wrongdoing, cyber-enabled incidents and concerns raised through Speak Up and whistleblowing channels He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Robert Greco is General Counsel at SpeakUp, where he oversees legal, regulatory, and privacy matters and advises leadership and the board on product development, expansion, and strategy. Before SpeakUp, Robert was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Flinks, a leading Canadian fintech in financial data aggregation. He previously served as technology counsel for the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, supporting its supply chain and e-commerce modernization, and later led strategic technology counsel for the Ontario Cannabis Store during Canada’s cannabis legalization rollout. Earlier, Robert held legal roles at Aimia Inc., Ernst & Young LLP, and Loblaw Companies Limited. He holds an LLB from the University of Birmingham and a BA in Political Science from the University of Toronto.
Ángel Corbacho Muro is Head of Legal, ACi.
He is a Senior Legal Counsel and investigations specialist with over a decade of international experience across the tech and FMCG sectors. He has led regional and global compliance programmes, complex internal investigations, and innovative training initiatives for major multinational organisations across EMEA. Admitted to the Madrid Bar, Ángel is also a PhD candidate in Economics and Business Management, and lectures actively on European Law and Intellectual Property. He combines legal rigour with a practical, business-focused approach to ethics, compliance, and corporate investigations.
