The corporate investigations landscape in the United States is undergoing significant change. Shifting enforcement priorities at the DOJ, SEC and OFAC, rising whistleblower incentives, and the rapid integration of artificial intelligence into investigative practice are reshaping how organisations detect, respond to and manage misconduct and the expectations placed on those responsible for doing so.
Our first Investigations Forum in North America brings together senior investigation professionals for an afternoon of expert-led discussion, practical insight and peer exchange. Hosted by Miller & Chevalier in Washington DC, the programme explores what these changes mean in practice, with sessions covering the evolving US enforcement regime, the current state of whistleblowing programmes, AI-driven innovation in investigations, and the complex realities of managing cross-border, multi-jurisdictional cases.
